Content Manager

You're a true content specialist with a proven track record in writing, designing and producing compelling content and events. You see, hear and feel stories that need to be shared and make it happen. You find it hard not to share your excitement about new technology with anyone you meet.

In this role, you will work closely with the Digital Growth Hacker and the leadership team on the production of content that generate traffic and boost conversions.

You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbally.

You're a true content generalist with a proven track record in content production, multimedia design, and event organisation. Your mind is bubbling with original ideas that amaze our audiences.

You have an eye for opportunities, and you are strong in keeping a global overview. You’re pragmatic, learn quickly, and feel comfortable in working on many things at the same time. You’re curious about the world and passionate about what you do.

How You Will Contribute

In this dynamic role, you are responsible for content, events, and branding of GoDataDriven. You actively engage with team members, partners, and colleagues from other Xebia Group units, as well as with partners to collaborate and to produce content that people love to share.

You build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience to your owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, events, etc.).

In this multi-faceted, full-time role, you will, for example:

  • Create or co-write persona targeted long and short copy content items (e.g. blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers or infographics) that meet the needs of our audience
  • Manage the design and production of reports, magazines, video’s and more
  • Organize and market events, ranging from exclusive small-scale events (Data Science Dinner, Code Breakfasts) and mid-size events (Meetups, Webinars, Seminars) to large events (Dutch Data Science Week, GoDataFest).

The buffet for the Code Breakfast looks delicious, you just love our caterer! And our in-house hospitality team did a great job preparing the office to host this event. After you’ve welcomed the first guests for the Code Breakfast, it’s time to write a little post about this event, publish it on our website and share it online. Then, it’s time for an interview with two of our data scientists who share their story. Their knowledge keeps amazing you, you’re inspired to create an article about this.

The Data Survey is nearly done, so it’s time to start analyzing the results. In a few weeks, the report needs to become available at the largest data trade show of the Benelux. Luckily, one of the data scientists has created a script to create the pivot tables from the data. Saves a lot of time.

You scheduled a lunch with one of our clients to discuss our latest project. It turns out to be such an exciting case, that you decide to not only write a story about this, but also produce a video testimonial and organize an event where the customer will share his experiences with our relations.

After a quick call with one of our cloud partners, you sit down with the digital marketer to discuss the progress of the lead generation campaigns for our training sessions. You optimize the campaign and discuss some additional content to add.

In the evening, the Xebia Knowledge Exchange takes place. This internal conference, taking place every fortnight, provides you with so much information and inspiration that your backlog is always full with cool content ideas.
