In this dynamic role, you will grow our social audience and database. You drive website traffic not only via content distribution, organic search and online advertising but also by applying novel growth hack methods.

Digital Growth Hacker! As a Digital Growth Hacker at GoDataDriven, you will work closely with the content manager and the leadership team on the delivery of campaigns that generate traffic and boost conversions.

You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbally. With your high level of energy you are able to bring ideas to life quickly. With your self-starting capacity, you pick the right ones to put into action. You feel comfortable working on many things at the same time.

You tackle challenges for breakfast. Create an e-mailing? Here’s the HTML. Promote an event? Sold out. Rank higher on Google? No need to google that. Although some things may be new, you face every challenge head-on.

How You Will Contribute

The challenges and projects you will work on are very diverse. Your data-backed decisions contribute to the growth and / or development of the organization.

You grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content. You draw audiences to our events. In terms of knowledge, you are a digital marketing generalist.

A Typical Day in the Life of a Digital Growth Hacker

Creative All-Round Marketing Manager with DRIVE!

After a top-notch barista-made coffee, you join the marketing stand-up. Here, you discuss the planning for the day with the marketing team and see where you can help each other.

Then, it’s time to get going. You check the results of your email marketing campaign for the international Data Survey that you are running. The AI meetup that takes place next week is still fully booked, so you focus on campaigns for a business seminar that takes place in two weeks. After scheduling a Linkedin and Google campaign, you join a recruitment meeting. Here, you discuss creative ideas to attract analytics translators for the GDD Business proposition.

After a healthy, freshly-prepared lunch, you publish a landing page for our latest whitepaper on AI Maturity Levels and, together with the sales manager, you write-up a marketing plan for it. After a quick call with one of the media partners about a joint content marketing campaign, it’s time for a drink at our in-house bar.

That evening, you come up with a brilliant (if you may say so) idea to drive the attendance of our upcoming Data Science with Python training through the roof. You can’t wait to get back in the office!
