What you will do to grow our team

As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for building our teams within GoDataDriven any way you can. This means you need to take full ownership over our process and improve it where you can, help the hiring teams improve their interviewing skills and ensuring our candidates have a great experience. You are the ambassador and first point of contact for a lot of our candidates so it’s important you have great people skills. We are open to new ideas and will support you in realising those new ideas with the help of the leadership team and marketing. We’d rather you try something and work it out differently than get stuck in ideas.

Within GoDataDriven, we have several smaller ‘Cells’ that need to grow and mature further. You will take responsibility for recruitment on several of these cells. This means you’ll be working closely with your stakeholders and the management team. Together with the support of a Sourcer, a fellow corporate-recruiter and a joint effort of the entire GoDataDriven we will ensure that the growth targets will be reached.
